This is as close to a bog-standard pilsener as you're going to find almost anywhere. I mean, it's right there in the name: ye cerveza - It's Beer.
This is a beer you drink when you don't want to pretend you're drinking an IPA (but hopped down for your palate), or a dark beer (but lightened up for your palate). It's a good, honest, unpretentious pilsener

- Color: Pale Gold (6 SRM)
- Standard: Straw to gold (3-6(6-12 EBC) SRM)
- Clarity: Clear
- Standard: Appearance should be clear. Chill haze should not be present
- Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Medium
- Standard: Residual malt aroma and flavor may be present at low to medium-low levels
- Perceived Hop Aroma & Flavor: Low
- Standard: Low to medium
- Perceived Bitterness: Low (20 IBUs)
- Standard: Low to medium (17-40 IBUs)
- Fermentation Characteristics: No DMS, no esters
- Standard: Very low levels of DMS aroma and flavor are acceptable. Fruity esters, acetaldehyde, and diacetyl should not be present.
