I do not have access to all of the research materials I would like in order to further develop this website. I am not tenured faculty with the ability to requisition whatever books I need via an institutional library. I am not independently wealthy and able to order dozens of books a month on whatever topic. I do expend significant personal resources on the ever-growing research library behind this website. (and the recording equipment, and the photography...)
So, an excellent way to support Eating Asturias directly, without being worried that I might be tempted to squander your donation on such frivolous luxuries as automobile maintenance or tea bags, is to buy something directly for the website itself. To that end, I maintain a list of books and other research materials I have yet to be able to purchase myself. The below list is my current needs and wants.
