Maris Hopping
From Eating Asturias, the Encyclopedia of Asturian Gastronomy
Originally brewed as a one-off beer, this does not fit into the story of the Scone.
However, the enthusiastic reception it received convinced the brewers to add it to their standard offerings. And I am glad for it. Properly hoppy beers are in short supply in Spain. It is always nice to find one that has American levels of hop aroma and flavor.

Tasting Notes
A double dry-hopped IPA with perhaps slightly less hops aroma and flavor than an American would associate with a DIPA. The hops flavors are fresh and aromas inviting. No oxidized hops flavors detected.
