This beer, according to the legend of Scone, is the third on the journey of the stone from the dawn of biblical time to the present.

Moses carries the Stone with him to the Promised Land and it is used for the crowning of the Kings of Israel. In 602 BC the Babylonian king Nabuco (Nebuchadnezzar II) invades the kingdom and the prophet Jeremiah in the flight from him, would carry the stone with him traveling through parts of Europe such as Sicily, reaching the north of the Iberian Peninsula founding Bragança (Betanzos, A Coruña).

  • Color: Light Brown (18 SRM)
    • Standard: Pale to very dark, with darker versions ranging from dark amber to dark brown. (4-25(8-50 EBC) SRM)
  • Clarity: Without yeast, slight chill haze
    • Standard: Chill haze is acceptable in versions packaged and served without yeast. In versions served with yeast, appearance may range from hazy to very cloudy.
  • Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Low roasted malt character, caramel aromas.

  • Perceived Bitterness: Very low (30 IBUs)
    • Standard: Very low to low (10-15 IBUs)

Tasting Notes

Aromas of brown bread and caramel. Flavors are bready and malty, with banana and resinous notes.
