Caravia

Caravia is an interesting food destination, as nowhere in Asturias so exemplifies the "Mar y Montaña" version of surf and turf meals that Asturias is known for. Two of the most popular dishes in the area are Pulpín con Patatines and Fabes con Jabalí. They host the Jornadas del Cachopo y del Emberzau in March, in which several restaurants offer these dishes as a set menu.
