A llagar is a cider mill. Whether it be a modest set up in a garage or barn, or a multi-million euro factory with multilingual tour guides and an export division, it is still a llagar. When it begins to sell cider to the public though, it becomes something else. It becomes one of the llagares de sidra natural. As far as I know, this is a complete list of all of the operating (and a few that are no longer in operation) in Asturias.

As I get more profiles, llagar visits, and reviews finished, the cider makers will appear on an interactive map in this space.
